This script creates a contact page with an online contact form.
You simply enter the information into the form and the script creates a custom contact page for you.
This page is added to your extrafiles directory ready for you to create a link.
Please note that the Email field is the email address that will be displayed on the page and Email 2 is the email address that the form will be sent to.
